What is a skill network?
A skill network is a curated group of independent specialists and expert teams that a company can engage for a specific challenge, for the length of that challenge only. It sits between permanent hiring and an open freelance marketplace: the selection work is done in advance, so a company receives a small number of relevant, vetted specialists instead of a long list of available ones. Action = Matter runs such a network across ten disciplines, from software development and AI to finance, operations and creative work. Every member is spoken to before joining, matching starts from the outcome the client needs rather than from a keyword search, and an engagement begins only once scope, outcome and engagement model are agreed in writing.

You describe the challenge. We qualify it in a short conversation, define the expertise profile and engagement model, and then propose specialists we would put our own name behind. You decide who you speak to. If nobody fits, we say so.
