We only collect data you provide yourself, plus limited technical data needed to operate the site securely.
- Contact details: name, email address, company, country and, if provided, phone number
- Project details: description, expertise category, timing, duration and engagement preference
- Specialist details: expertise, years of experience, availability, languages and profile links
- Technical data: IP address (stored hashed for rate limiting), browser type and pages visited
- Campaign data: UTM parameters, when present in the URL you arrived through
Why we process it
We process personal data to qualify and answer your request, to match a challenge to relevant specialists, to send you a confirmation of your submission, and to protect our forms against abuse. Analytics are used in aggregated form to improve the website.
Legal basis
Processing takes place on the basis of your consent (forms and non-essential cookies), the performance of an agreement or steps taken prior to it, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website.
Retention
Project and application data is retained for as long as the request is relevant and for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is legally required. Rate-limiting data is retained for a maximum of 24 hours.
Sharing with others
We share your data only where necessary: with the specialists relevant to a concrete request, and with processors that host our website, send our email and provide analytics. We never sell personal data. Processors act under a processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Send your request to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated server-side, and access to submitted data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
